Greg Ikner, President
As President of The AGA Group™ Greg is responsible for establishing the guiding principles and core values of the company. By aligning the vision, strategy, scale, talent, and resources allow the company to realize its core business objectives.
Greg is a successful leader in executive management, marketing, managed care, sales, and business development. A Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, Greg’s career spans over 35 years in the Life Sciences industry. His breadth and depth of experience began with American Cyanamid/Lederle Labs Division, Boehringer Mannheim Therapeutics, and then Merck & Co. in roles of increasing responsibility.
Starting The AGA Group™ in 2009, Greg began recruiting healthcare professionals for leadership and clinical positions in the midwest. With sales, managed care, marketing, and recruiting as a passion, he was able to leverage his successful experience into immediate sales growth. In 2013 the company expanded its offerings by providing professional employer services in the form of workforce solutions. These solutions included recruiting, staffing, HR, payroll services, and back-office support services to his clients. The AGA Group™ has partnered with Health Plans, FQHC facilities, Department of Justice, State Agencies, and University Health Systems regionally and nationally in providing workforce solutions.
The AGA Group™ has been recognized as the 2018 Kansas Minority Business Enterprise of the year. The company has been awarded a GSA Contract to provide professional services to the federal government. The AGA Group™ is a certified MBE/DBE in the states of Kansas and Delaware. In the state of Delaware, The AGA Group™ is also an approved Small Business Focus company. The company was awarded a multi-award contract with the state of Delaware to provide professional training and development courses to state agencies and schools.
