Greg Ikner, President of The AGA Group™, plays a pivotal role in defining the company’s guiding principles and core values. With a strategic focus on aligning vision, scale, talent, and resources, Greg ensures that The AGA Group™ consistently meets and exceeds its fundamental business objectives.
Bringing over four decades of expertise in the Life Sciences Industry, Greg has established himself as a distinguished leader in executive management, marketing, managed care, sales, and business development. His career began with notable positions at Lederle Labs and Boehringer Mannheim Therapeutics, where he honed his skills before advancing to significant leadership roles at industry giants Merck & Co and Pfizer.
In 2009, Greg founded The AGA Group™ with a mission to recruit top healthcare professionals for leadership and clinical roles across the Midwest. His deep passion for sales, managed care, marketing, and recruitment propelled the company’s rapid growth. By 2013, The AGA Group™ expanded its service offerings to include comprehensive staffing and professional employer solutions, covering recruiting, payroll, and back-office support. The firm’s clientele spans Health Plans, FQHC facilities, the Department of Justice, State Agencies, and University Health Systems, providing customized workforce solutions regionally and nationally.
