With over four decades in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries, including leadership roles at Merck and Pfizer, I’ve learned that staffing isn’t transactional—it’s contextual. It requires a deep understanding of how healthcare organizations function, how teams collaborate, and how labor strategy aligns with compliance, cost, and care delivery.
