Greg Ikner, in his role as president, is instrumental in shaping the guiding principles and core values of The AGA Group™. His strategic alignment of vision, scale, talent, and resources enables the company to achieve its fundamental business objectives.
With over 40 years of experience in the Life Sciences Industry, Greg has excelled as a leader in executive management, marketing, managed care, sales, and business development. His professional journey began with Lederle Labs and Boehringer Mannheim Therapeutics, followed by significant leadership roles at Merck & Co and Pfizer.
In 2009, Greg founded The AGA Group™, initially focusing on recruiting healthcare professionals for leadership and clinical positions in the Midwest. His passion for sales, managed care, marketing, and recruitment fueled rapid business growth. By 2013, the company expanded its services to include staffing and professional employer solutions, encompassing recruiting, HR, payroll, and back-office support. The AGA Group™ collaborates with Health Plans, FQHC facilities, the Department of Justice, State Agencies, and University Health Systems, providing workforce solutions both regionally and nationally.
